All Top2Bottom products are made to order. This allows us to reduce waste and maintain quality standards.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times

Canada: 3–8 business days after processing
United States: 3–7 business days after processing

Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds for:

• Incorrect size selected

• Change of mind

• Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

Please review the Size Guide carefully before ordering.

Size Exchanges

We offer a one-time size exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

• Item must be unworn and unwashed

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once we receive your return, we will process a replacement in the new size.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Include your order number and clear photos

We will replace the item at no cost to you.
